AC repair and new system installation for Zellwood homes
Certified Air Masters LLC works on heating and cooling systems in Zellwood and the towns around it — Apopka, Plymouth, Zellwood itself, Mount Dora and Tavares are all on our regular route, so a call from a Zellwood address isn't a special trip for us. Whether the system quit overnight, it's running but not cooling, or it has reached the age where another repair stops making sense, that's the work we do.
We handle both ends of it: HVAC repair when a unit can be saved, and full replacement when it can't. If a part is failing and the rest of the system has life left in it, we'll say so. If you're being asked to spend real money on equipment that's at the end of its run, we'll say that too, and show you what a new system would cost instead so you can compare the two numbers side by side rather than guessing.
Certified Air Masters LLC is family-run. Frank and Ruth are the owners, and that's who sets the standard for how a job gets handled in someone's house — not a dispatcher in another state, and not a quota.
From your first call to a house that cools again
The part most people want to know about is the money, so here is how that works: we look at the system first, tell you plainly what's wrong with it, and then put a written estimate in your hands before any work starts. Nothing gets opened up, replaced or ordered until you've read that estimate and said yes to it. If you'd rather think it over, think it over.
- You book a visit and tell us what the system is doing — or not doing.
- We come out to the property in Zellwood and diagnose the actual problem.
- You get a written estimate covering the repair, or the replacement, or both options.
- You approve it, and we do the work. Nothing before that point.
That order of operations is the whole thing. It means you're never deciding on a repair while a technician stands in your hallway waiting, and you're never finding out what it cost after the fact.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. You can also reach us by email at certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com if writing it down is easier than explaining it on the phone — that's often the case when you're describing a noise or a smell.
On price: there's no flat figure we can honestly publish, because a capacitor and a condenser aren't the same job. What we can promise is the written estimate above, before the work, every time.
Zellwood is one stop on a service area that runs across Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole and Sumter counties. These are the communities we cover:

Reviews you can read before you book
We'd rather you heard it from customers than from us. Certified Air Masters LLC has reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor — go read them before you decide anything. Nextdoor in particular tends to be neighbors in these Central Florida towns talking to each other, which is about as useful as a recommendation gets.
When you're ready, book a visit for your Zellwood home and we'll get out there during business hours, take a look, and put the numbers in writing. Call Certified Air Masters LLC at (689) 224-0820 or email certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com to get on the schedule.
