Most HVAC websites pick their three nicest comments, put them in quotation marks and call it a reviews page. We'd rather send you somewhere we can't edit. If you want to know what it's actually like to have Certified Air Masters LLC at your house, go read what homeowners wrote in their own words, on the platforms where they wrote it.
Read our reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor
Our customers have left reviews across YelpAngiFacebookInstagram and Nextdoor. Those are the five places to look, and they're the only places we point people to. Nextdoor in particular tends to be the honest one — neighbors talking to neighbors about who showed up and who didn't, with no marketing department in the middle of it.
We're not going to copy a selection of those comments onto this page. Reviews are worth something precisely because the company being reviewed didn't get to choose which ones you see. Open them up, read the good ones and the critical ones, and decide for yourself.
If you've already had us out and you want to leave a review, use whichever of those five platforms you're already on. It genuinely helps a small family business more than any ad we could buy.
Frank and Ruth run this company themselves
Certified Air Masters LLC is family-run. Frank and Ruth are the owners, and they're not a logo on the side of a truck — they're the people whose name is attached to every job that goes out the door. That's the part a review page is really about. When a company is family-run, the person who answers for a bad outcome is the same person who priced the work, which changes how the work gets done.
It also means we're not chasing volume. We serve a defined patch of Central Florida, we'd like to still be serving it in ten years, and reputation in a town like Clermont or Winter Garden travels at the speed of a neighborhood group chat. That's a good incentive to keep.
You get the price in writing before anyone starts work
A lot of complaints about HVAC companies — the ones you'll see on review sites generally, not just ours — come down to the same thing: the homeowner didn't know what it was going to cost until it was already done. So we handle that up front. You get a written estimate before work startsand you decide from there. No work begins on a verbal number and a shrug.
If you're reading reviews to figure out whether a contractor is going to surprise you at the end, that's the policy you're looking for, and it's in writing for every customer, every time.

We're open Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pmand Saturday, 8:00am–1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Pricing comes to you as a written estimate before any work begins, so there's no guesswork and nothing to argue about afterward.
