Certified Air Masters LLC is a small, family-run heating and air conditioning company working across Clermont and the surrounding towns of Central Florida. When you book with us, you are dealing with the owners and the people they work alongside every day — not a call center that passes your address to whichever subcontractor is free.
Family-run by Frank and Ruth
Frank and Ruth own and run Certified Air Masters LLC. That matters in practice more than it does on paper. The person who answers your message is connected to the person who shows up at your door, and both of them are answerable for the work once it's finished. There is no layer in between where a job can quietly go missing.
Because the team is small, we tend to see the same homes and the same systems year after year. If we replaced a condenser for you three summers ago, there's a good chance the person coming back out already knows the equipment, the layout of the attic, and where the hard-to-reach shutoff is hiding.
Our work is HVAC — heating and cooling systems in homes across our service area. That's the trade we're in, and it's the only thing we ask you to judge us on.
A written estimate before the work starts
Nothing gets touched until you have an estimate in writing and you've said yes to it. You see the scope and the number before a tool comes out of the van, so the figure you agree to is the figure you're working from. If something unexpected turns up once a unit is open, we stop, explain it, and you decide what happens next — we don't quietly add it to the bill and hope you won't notice at the end.
Here's what that looks like from your side:
- You get in touch and describe what the system is doing — or not doing.
- We come out, look at the equipment, and tell you what we find in plain language.
- You receive a written estimate covering the work we're recommending.
- Work only begins once you've approved that estimate.
- Anything that changes mid-job gets explained to you before it's acted on.
Reviews you can read for yourself
We would rather point you at what customers have written than tell you how good we are. Certified Air Masters LLC has reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor. Go and read them, including the ones we didn't write and can't edit. Nextdoor in particular tends to carry neighbors talking to neighbors about who they'd have back, which is about as honest a reference as a contractor can get.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmand Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. If you reach out outside those hours, your message is waiting for us when we open.
On price: we don't publish a flat figure for every job, because systems, ages and access all differ. What we do commit to is the written estimate above — you'll know the cost before the work, not after it.
