Air purification and filtration in the Clermont area
Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run HVAC company owned by Frank and Ruth. Alongside the heating and cooling work, we handle the part of the system most people never think about until something smells off or the dust never seems to settle: the filtration and air purification side of your air conditioning.
Your air handler already moves every cubic foot of air in the house through one spot, over and over, all day long. What sits at that spot decides how much dust, pollen and debris gets pushed back out through the vents. If that filter is the wrong size, the wrong rating, or simply hasn't been changed in a while, you feel it in the air and the equipment feels it in the strain.
How we match filtration to the system you already own
There is no single filter or purifier that suits every house, and a filter that's too restrictive for your blower causes more problems than it solves. So we start by looking at what you actually have before we recommend anything. That usually means checking:
- The filter slot size and what your air handler can realistically pull air through
- How your return ducts are laid out and whether air is bypassing the filter entirely
- Whether the duct work is leaking unfiltered attic air back into the system
- What's driving the complaint — dust, pet dander, pollen, odors, or a family member with allergies
- How often the filtration you have now is realistically going to get changed
From there we'll walk you through the filtration and purification options that fit your equipment and your budget, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and let you decide. If a better filter and sealing up a leaky return solves it, we'll tell you that rather than selling you hardware you don't need.
A written estimate before anything gets installed
Every job we quote comes with a written estimate before work starts. You see the scope and the price in writing, you get time to read it, and nothing goes into your system until you've said yes to it. No surprise line items at the end, no pressure to decide while a technician is standing in your hallway.
If you'd like to know how we treat people before you book, our customers have left reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor. We'd rather you read what they wrote than take our word for it here.
Written estimate first, then the work. That's how Frank and Ruth have always run it.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmand Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Pricing on filtration and purification work depends on your system and what the house needs, which is exactly why we quote it in writing after we've seen it rather than guessing over the phone.
