Certified Air Masters LLC works on cooling and heating systems in Montverde and the surrounding Lake and Orange County towns. Montverde is a small place with a wide mix of housing — older homes off the county roads, newer construction near the lake, and plenty of properties where the existing system was sized by whoever happened to be holding the clipboard that week. We look at what is actually installed before we tell you what it needs.
AC repair and new system installs for Montverde homes
Most calls fall into one of two buckets. Either a system that used to work has stopped working properly, or a system has reached the end of its life and it is time to talk about replacing it. We handle both. For hvac repairthe job is diagnosis first — find the actual cause, explain it in plain language, and give you the cost in writing before anything gets taken apart or replaced.
For installations, the conversation starts with the house, not the catalog. Square footage, duct condition, how the rooms are used, and what the current equipment has been struggling with all matter more than a brochure comparison. You get a written estimate for the work before we start, so there is no gap between what you agreed to and what shows up on the invoice.
You get a written estimate before any work starts. That is how we do every job, repair or install.
Family-run by Frank and Ruth
Certified Air Masters LLC is a family business, owned and run by Frank and Ruth. That is the practical reason the written estimate matters to us — when the name on the company is your own name, the quote you hand a Montverde homeowner is something you have to stand behind the next time you drive past their house.
It also means you are not routed through three departments to get an answer. The people who quote the work are connected to the people who do the work.
Hours, pricing and the towns we cover
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed Sunday. Pricing is always given to you in writing before the job begins, so you can approve it, ask questions about it, or sit with it before deciding.

Reviews, email and how to book
If you want to see what other customers have said before you call a stranger about your air conditioner, you can read our reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor. We would rather you check those than take our word for it on our own website.
To get on the schedule, email certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com or call (689) 224-0820 during business hours. Tell us the address in Montverde, what the system is doing or not doing, and roughly how old it is if you know. We will arrange a time to come look, and you will have a written estimate before any work starts.
