A written estimate before any work starts
Nothing gets done on your system until you've seen the number in writing and said yes to it. That's the whole policy. We look at the equipment, we tell you what we found, and we put the cost on paper so you can read it, think about it, compare it, or show it to someone else in the household before anything is committed to.
