Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run heating and air conditioning company, and the two people behind it are Frank and Ruth. Who runs Certified Air Masters, and the towns we cover
We're based in Central Florida and work across a wide stretch of Lake, Orange, Osceola and the surrounding counties. Because we're family-run, the person who takes your booking is connected to the person who shows up — there's no call center in between. Our home base is Clermontand here is the full list of communities we serve:

If your address sits just outside one of those towns, ask anyway. The boundaries are approximate, and it's a quick yes or no.
Hours, pricing and how to reach us
Our office and scheduling hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmand Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed Sunday. Saturday mornings are part of our normal working week, not an overtime add-on, so a weekend appointment is a realistic option if weekdays are difficult for you.
The fastest way to get something in writing — a question about an older system, a photo of a nameplate, a request for an estimate — is email: certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com. We read it during the hours above.
On pricing: we don't publish flat numbers for work we haven't looked at yet, because the cost of a repair or a replacement depends on what's actually installed at your property and what's wrong with it. What we will do is put the figure in front of you before anything is touched, which brings us to the next question.
A written estimate before any work starts
Every job begins the same way. We look at the system, tell you what we found, and give you a written estimate. You decide from there. Nothing gets replaced, recharged or rebuilt until you have read the number and agreed to it, and the number you agree to is the number the work is based on.

That matters most on the bigger decisions — repair versus replace, one stage versus two, a quick fix to get you through a hot week versus a full changeout. Having it on paper means you can sit with it, compare it, or show it to someone else in the household before committing a single dollar.
