Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run HVAC company owned by Frank and Ruthand installing air conditioning systems is the bulk of what we do. Replacing a system is a bigger decision than a repair call, so we treat it like one: we come out, look at the house and the equipment you have now, talk through what you actually need, and then put the number in writing.
You will not get a price invented on the driveway or a figure that changes once the truck shows up. Every AC installation starts with a written estimate before any work beginsso you can read it, sit on it, compare it, or ask us questions about it without anyone standing over your shoulder. If the answer is no, that is a perfectly fine answer.
Because Frank and Ruth run the company themselves, the people you speak with about your install are the people responsible for it. There is no call center between you and the owners.
From written estimate to a cooler house
Here is the order things happen in, so there are no surprises on install day:
- You get in touch. Tell us the address, roughly how old the current system is, and what is pushing you toward replacement — age, repair costs, uneven cooling, or a unit that has finally quit.
- We come and look. We need to see the equipment, the ductwork and the house itself before anyone talks price. Photos and phone descriptions only go so far.
- You get the estimate in writing. What we are installing, what the work covers, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you have that in hand and say yes.
- We schedule the install. We book it in during our working hours and tell you what to expect on the day.
- We finish and show you the system. Before we leave, you know how your new system runs and how to work the controls.
If your current unit has already stopped and you are waiting on a decision, say so when you call. We would rather know that up front than find out later.
Hours, pricing and service area
Our hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am–1:00pm, and closed Sunday. On pricing, the only honest answer before we have seen the house is that your estimate will be in writing and you will have it before we touch anything — system size, condition of the existing setup and access all move the number, and we are not going to guess at it to get you off the phone.
