Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run HVAC company owned by Frank and Ruthand Ocoee is right in the middle of the area we cover every week. If your system is blowing warm air in August, cycling on and off every few minutes, or finally old enough that repairs are costing more than they're worth, that's the kind of call we take.
Cooling and heating work for West Orange County houses
Ocoee has a real mix of housing stock — older homes off Silver Star and McKey with equipment that's been patched a few times, and newer builds near Clarcona-Ocoee and the Turnpike where the original builder-grade system is just reaching the end of its run. Both situations need the same thing first: someone who actually looks at the equipment and the ductwork before telling you what it needs.
We handle HVAC repair and full system replacement, and we'll tell you plainly which one makes sense for your house. Sometimes the honest answer is a part and a recharge. Sometimes it's a new unit. We don't pretend the cheap answer exists when it doesn't, and we don't push a replacement on a system that has years left in it.
A written estimate lands in your hands before anyone opens a panel
Before any work starts, you get a written estimate. Not a number mumbled from the attic hatch — something you can read, sit on for a day, and show your spouse. You'll know what the job includes and what it costs before you agree to it, and if we find something unexpected once we're into the work, you hear about it before we keep going.
You see the price in writing before we start. That's how every job here runs.
Being family-run is the reason this is possible. Frank and Ruth aren't running a call center with a commission structure behind it, so there's no incentive to turn a tune-up into a sales appointment.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Pricing depends on the equipment and the scope, which is exactly why we put it in writing instead of quoting ranges over the phone.

Read the reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor
We'd rather you hear it from your neighbors than from us. Certified Air Masters LLC has customer reviews posted on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor — go read them before you book anything. Nextdoor in particular tends to be where Ocoee and Winter Garden homeowners talk honestly about who showed up and who didn't.
Booking a visit
The fastest way to get on the schedule is to reach out during business hours. Call (689) 224-0820 or email certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com with your address, what the system is doing, and roughly how old it is — that gives us enough to show up prepared rather than guessing from the driveway.
