Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run heating and air conditioning company based in Central Florida. It's owned and operated by Frank and Ruth Drossand that matters more than it sounds: when you book a job with us, you are dealing with the people whose name is on the license, not a call center that hands your address to whoever is closest.
Being small keeps us honest. We answer our own phone during business hours, we quote our own work, and we stand behind it afterward. If something isn't right, there's no department to chase — you're talking to the owners.
A written estimate before any work starts
This is the part we'd point to if you asked what makes us different from the truck that showed up last time. You get a written estimate before we begin. Not a verbal number shouted from the attic, not a range, not a figure that grows once the panel is off — a written estimate you can read, keep, and compare before you say yes.
That single habit sorts out most of the things homeowners worry about with HVAC work. You know the scope. You know the price. You know what's included and what isn't. If we find something unexpected once we're into the job, work stops and you get a revised estimate — in writing — before anything else happens.

Hours, reviews and how to reach us
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmand Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sundays. Saturday mornings tend to fill up fast in summer, so it's worth booking ahead if you can.
