You get a written estimate before any work starts
No surprise invoices. We look at the system, explain what we found, and give you an estimate in writing. Nothing gets installed, replaced or repaired until you've seen that estimate and said yes to it. Here's the order things happen in:
- You get in touch and tell us what the system is doing — or not doing.
- We come out to the property in Mascotte and look at the equipment.
- We explain what's wrong in language that makes sense, including whether repair or replacement is the better use of your money.
- You get a written estimate covering the work.
- Work starts once you've approved it, and not before.
