When your air handler is running but the house won't cool, or the outdoor unit hums and never kicks on, the useful thing is a technician who diagnoses the actual cause instead of guessing at parts. That's the job. We find out what failed, tell you what it will cost to fix, and then fix it.
What breaks most often on Central Florida systems
Systems here run most of the year, which means wear shows up in a fairly predictable set of places. These are the repairs we're called out for again and again:
- Systems blowing warm air or barely cooling on hot afternoons
- Condensers that won't start, trip the breaker, or shut down mid-cycle
- Low refrigerant and leak diagnosis

Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmand Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Saturday mornings fill up fast in summer, so call early in the week if you can.
Pricing depends on what failed and what the part costs — which is exactly why we quote in writing after the diagnosis rather than over the phone. We don't inflate a number to leave room for a discount later.
