Heat and HVAC installation for Central Florida homes
Heating in this part of Florida is a strange job. The system sits idle most of the year, then gets asked to run for a few cold weeks in January and February — and that's usually when a homeowner discovers the unit they inherited with the house never worked properly in the first place. By then it's a replacement, not a repair.
Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run HVAC company owned by Frank and Ruth. We handle heating installation for homeowners around Clermont, Winter Garden, Orlando and the surrounding towns, and we do it the same way every time: look at the house first, work out what the house actually needs, put the number on paper, then install it.
That first visit isn't a sales call. It's a measuring call. The size of the home, the condition of the existing ductwork, the electrical that's already there and where the equipment has to physically fit all change what makes sense — and they change the price. We'd rather spend the extra half hour in your house than hand you a figure we have to revise halfway through the job.
You get the price in writing before work starts
No one puts a wrench on anything until you've seen a written estimate and said yes to it. That's the rule, and it's the single most useful thing we can tell you about working with us, because it's the part of this trade that goes wrong most often.
The estimate covers:
- The equipment we're proposing and what it costs — not a range, a number
- What install day looks like, and roughly how long the system will be down
- Anything we noticed that isn't part of this job, so it isn't a surprise six months from now
If something unexpected turns up once a panel is off, we stop and talk to you before we spend your money. You should never find out about an extra charge when the invoice arrives.

Reviews, and how to reach Frank and Ruth
We don't publish testimonials on our own site, because anyone can type those. Our customers have left reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoorand those are the places to read them — go look before you book anything with us.
If your heat quit, or the system is old enough that you're bracing for it, get us out to look at it before the first cold snap rather than during one. Scheduling in October is a conversation. Scheduling in January is a queue.
To book a visit or ask a question, call (689) 224-0820 during the hours above, or email certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com and we'll get back to you. Tell us the town, the age of the system if you know it, and what it's doing — that's usually enough for us to tell you what the visit will involve.
