Question 1

Do you come out to my town?

Accepted Answer

If it's on the service area list on this page, yes. That list covers 35 Central Florida communities around Clermont, from Winter Garden and Windermere to Leesburg, Mount Dora, The Villages, Orlando, Kissimmee and Davenport. If you're just past the edge of it, ask us and we'll give you a straight answer.

Question 2

Will I know the price before work starts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You receive a written estimate and nothing happens until you approve it. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, we stop, explain it and get your approval on the revised number before continuing.

Question 3

Who will I actually be dealing with?

Accepted Answer

Frank and Ruth. Certified Air Masters LLC is family-run, so the people who take your call and write your estimate are the people responsible for the work.

Question 4

Where can I read reviews from your customers?

Accepted Answer

On Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor. Those are public, so you can read them without taking our word for anything.

Question 5

Can I get in touch outside your opening hours?

Accepted Answer

Email certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com any time and we'll respond when we're next open. Including your town, the make of your system and what it's doing helps us schedule you faster.

Question 6

Are you based in Clearwater or Pinellas County?

Accepted Answer

No. We're a Central Florida company centered on Clermont. Our coverage runs through Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Sumter and Seminole county towns — see the service area list above.
