Certified Air Masters LLC is run by Frank and Ruth. That matters on a commercial job more than it does on a house, because when the cooling goes down in an office, a shop or a restaurant, you need to reach the people who actually make the decisions — not a dispatcher three states away reading from a script. Here, the owners are in the business every day.
We work on commercial heating and cooling equipment for businesses throughout Clermont and the surrounding Central Florida towns. Some of that is scheduled work you can plan around. A lot of it is the other kind: the call that comes in because something quit overnight and customers are already walking through the door. We treat both the same way — look at the equipment, tell you plainly what we found, and put a number in writing before anyone starts turning wrenches.

You get a written estimate before work starts
No work begins on your building until you have an estimate in writing and you've said yes to it. For a business owner that isn't a nicety — it's what lets you weigh a repair against a replacement, get a second opinion if you want one, and show a landlord or a partner exactly what they're paying for. It also means there's no argument at the end about what the job was supposed to include.
You see the price in writing before we start. If you don't want the work done, you don't owe us for the estimate.
If the diagnosis changes once we're into the equipment, we stop and tell you before we keep going. Scope creep on a commercial system is how a small bill becomes a surprise, and we'd rather have the awkward conversation up front than the expensive one later.
Hours, pricing and the towns we cover
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Pricing always comes to you as a written estimate first — we don't quote commercial work sight unseen, because the building, the equipment and the access all change the number.
