Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run HVAC company, and Groveland is one of the Lake County towns we work in week in and week out. If your system has stopped cooling, is cooling unevenly, or is old enough that you're starting to wonder whether it's worth another repair bill, that's the conversation we have with Groveland homeowners most often — and we'd rather have it honestly than talk you into something you don't need.
AC repair and system replacement for Groveland homes
Our work falls into two buckets. The first is hvac repair: we come out, find what's actually wrong, and tell you what it costs to put right before anyone touches a wrench. The second is replacement — when a unit has reached the end of its useful life and the smarter money goes into a new system rather than another patch. Either way, you get the diagnosis in plain language and the price in writing first.
- Diagnosis of systems that won't cool, won't start, or run constantly without keeping up
- Repairs priced and approved in writing before work begins
- Full system replacement when a repair no longer makes financial sense
- Straight answers on whether to fix or replace, with the numbers to back it up
Frank and Ruth run this company themselves
Certified Air Masters LLC is owned and run by Frank and Ruth. That matters in a practical way: the people who set the prices and stand behind the work are the same people answering the phone and scheduling your appointment. There's no call center between you and the owners, and nobody here is working off a commission target that has to be met before the day ends.
It also means our rule about estimates isn't a marketing line someone wrote for us. It's how the owners want the business run, on every job, in Groveland and everywhere else we go.
You get a written estimate before the work starts. No exceptions, no surprises on the invoice.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmand Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Pricing is always given to you in writing before we begin, so you can decide with the real number in front of you rather than an estimate over the phone that changes once the panel comes off.

Read our reviews, then book a visit
We'd rather you check us out before you commit to anything. Our reviews are public on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor — go read what people have written there, in their own words, and make up your own mind. We'll let those stand on their own rather than retelling them here.
When you're ready, you can email us at certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com or call (689) 224-0820 during our hours to get a Groveland appointment on the books. Tell us what the system is doing and roughly how old it is, and we'll come out, diagnose it properly, and put the price in writing before we start.
