AC repair and new system installs for Oakland homes
Oakland sits right between Winter Garden and the lake, and the houses here run the gamut — older places off Tubb Street with equipment that has been patched more than once, and newer builds where the original builder-grade system is just starting to show its age. Certified Air Masters LLC works on both. Most of what we do falls into two buckets: HVAC repair when a system has stopped cooling the way it should, and full replacement when repairing it one more time stops making financial sense.
We don't push you toward the second one. If a repair is the right answer, we'll tell you that, and you'll see it written down before we pick up a tool.
Frank, Ruth, and a written estimate before anyone starts
Certified Air Masters LLC is run by Frank and Ruth. That matters mostly in one practical way: there's no layer between you and the people whose name is on the company. If something about a visit doesn't sit right, the owners hear about it directly, and they're the ones who sort it out.
Every job starts the same way. Someone comes out, looks at the actual system in your actual house, and gives you a written estimate before any work begins. You read it, you decide, and the number you agreed to is the number that shows up at the end. No verbal ballpark that quietly grows once the panels are off.
You get the estimate in writing first. Then you decide.
If you want to know how that's gone for other people before you call, we have reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor. Go read them — we'd rather you hear it from homeowners than from us.
Hours, pricing and the towns we cover
Pricing depends on the system and what's actually wrong with it, which is exactly why we quote in writing after looking rather than over the phone. What we can tell you up front is when we're reachable and where we go.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm. Closed Sunday.
Oakland is one stop on a route that covers a good stretch of Central Florida. The full list of towns we serve:
- Clermont, Montverde, Ferndale, Oakland, Winter Garden
- Groveland, Mascotte, Astatula, Howey In The Hills
- Windermere, Ocoee, Gotha, Yalaha, Orlando
- Plymouth, Apopka, Zellwood, Tavares, Davenport
- Center Hill, Kissimmee, Okahumpka, Mount Dora, Leesburg
- Polk City, Webster, Sumterville, Altamonte Springs

Because Winter Garden, Ocoee and Windermere all sit within a few minutes of Oakland, we're usually already working somewhere nearby on any given weekday.
How to get us out to your Oakland house
Tell us what the system is doing — blowing warm, cycling constantly, making a noise it didn't make last summer, or not turning on at all — plus roughly how old the equipment is if you know. That's enough for us to show up with the right parts on the truck more often than not.
Reach Certified Air Masters LLC at (689) 224-0820 or email certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com, and we'll get you on the schedule for a visit and a written estimate.
