AC repair and new system installation in Yalaha
Yalaha sits in the middle of Lake County, which means long stretches of heat and humidity and a cooling system that rarely gets a day off. Certified Air Masters LLC covers Yalaha as part of our regular route, so you're not waiting on a tech coming in from two counties over. Most of what we're called out for is HVAC repair on a system that has stopped keeping up, and replacement work when a unit has reached the end of a sensible life.
If the air coming out of the vents is warm, the unit is short-cycling, the breaker keeps tripping or the thing is simply louder than it used to be, that's a service call. If the system is old enough that repairs have started stacking up, we'll tell you that too, and price both options so you can decide rather than guess.
- New system installation and replacement
- Heating repair and installation
- A written estimate before any work begins
A written estimate in your hands before anyone picks up a tool
Certified Air Masters LLC is family-run. Frank and Ruth are the owners, and the business is small enough that you deal with the people whose name is on it rather than a call center and a rotating cast of subcontractors.
The part that matters most to customers is simple: you get the estimate in writingand you get it before work starts. That means you know the scope and the number up front, you can compare it against anything else you've been quoted, and there is no awkward conversation at the end of the job about a figure you never agreed to. If something unexpected turns up behind a panel, we stop, explain it, and re-quote before carrying on.
Hours, pricing and the towns we cover
