Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run heating and cooling company owned by Frank and Ruthand Webster is part of our regular service area. Most of what we handle in Webster falls into two buckets. The first is hvac repair — a system that has stopped cooling, is short cycling, is freezing up, is leaking water where it shouldn't, or is making a noise it never used to make. We diagnose the actual cause rather than guessing at parts, then explain what we found in plain language before anything is replaced.
The second is replacement and installation. When a system is past the point where repairs make financial sense, we size and install the new equipment properly, because a unit that is too large or too small for a house will never be comfortable no matter how new it is. You get a written estimate before any work starts
Before we begin work, you receive a written estimate. Not a number said out loud in a driveway, not a figure that moves once the job is underway — something you can read, keep, and compare. You decide whether to go ahead from there.
That matters more on HVAC than on most household work, because the price gap between a repair and a full replacement is wide and nobody should be making that call under pressure in a hot house. Having it in writing means you can think it over, talk it through at home, and know exactly what you agreed to.
Hours, pricing and the towns we cover
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed Sunday. Pricing is quoted per job in your written estimate rather than guessed at over the phone, because the right number depends on what is actually wrong with the system.
Alongside Webster, we cover a wide stretch of Central Florida — including Center Hill, Sumterville, Okahumpka, Mascotte, Groveland, Leesburg, The Villages, Clermont, Howey In The Hills and Tavares, out as far as Orlando, Apopka, Winter Garden and Kissimmee.
