The Villages is one of the communities Certified Air Masters LLC covers, and we get there the same way we get everywhere else on our list — scheduled during working hours, with a clear idea of what the job is before anyone starts pulling panels off your air handler.
Most of what we get called out for falls into two buckets. The first is hvac repair: the system runs but the house never gets cool, the outdoor unit hums and does nothing, the breaker keeps tripping, or the air coming out of the vents is close to room temperature. The second is replacement, where a unit has reached the end of a long life and repairing it again costs more than it returns. We will tell you which one you are looking at rather than leaving you to guess.
If a system can be fixed, we would rather fix it. If it genuinely cannot, we will say so plainly and price out the installation so you can compare the two numbers side by side.

Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run businessowned and operated by Frank and Ruth. That matters in a practical way: there is no layer of sales staff between you and the people responsible for the work, and no commission structure pushing you toward a bigger unit than your house needs.
Before any work starts, you get a written estimate. You read it, you decide, and then we proceed. Nothing gets added to a job in The Villages without you agreeing to it first, and you should never find out what something costs after it has already been installed.
If you want to think it over, think it over. The estimate is yours to keep and compare with anyone else you are talking to.
