Most of what we do in Tavares falls into two buckets: getting a system that quit back into service, and replacing one that has reached the end of its life. Both matter here, because a Lake County house runs its air conditioning for most of the calendar year and the equipment wears accordingly.

You get a written estimate before any work starts
Nothing gets done on your system until you have the price in writing and you've said yes to it. That's the rule, and it applies to a small repair the same way it applies to a full changeout. You should be able to read what's being proposed, see what it costs, and make the decision without anyone standing over you.
Practically, that means we diagnose first, explain what we found, and hand you an estimate. If you want to think about it overnight or compare it against another quote, that's your call to make — the estimate is yours.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Pricing comes to you in writing before work begins, so there's no hourly meter running in the background while you wait for a number.
