Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run HVAC company owned by Frank and Ruthand Sumterville sits inside the service area we drive every week. If your system has stopped cooling, is running constantly without getting anywhere, or has finally reached the end of a long life, we can come out, look at it properly, and tell you in plain language what it needs.
Cooling and heating work for Sumterville homes
HVAC repair in Sumterville tends to start the same way: someone notices the house isn't holding temperature the way it did last month. We diagnose the system first rather than guessing at parts, then walk you through what we found and what the options are — including the option of repairing something you were told needed replacing.
- Heating repair for the cold snaps that do reach Sumter County
- Full system replacement and new installation
- Straightforward explanations of what failed and why
When a system genuinely does need replacing, we'd rather talk about it as a decision you make with the numbers in front of you than as an emergency. That means sizing the equipment for your actual home, telling you what the install involves, and putting the figure in writing.
A written estimate lands in your hands before work starts
Nothing gets installed, replaced or dismantled until you have an estimate in writing and you've said yes to it. You'll know the scope and the price before anyone picks up a tool, which is the part most people care about most — and it's the same whether the job is a single repair or a complete changeout.
You get a written estimate before we start, so there's nothing on the invoice you haven't already seen.
Because Frank and Ruth run the business themselves, the person you talk to about the quote is connected to the person who does the work. There's no call center in between, and no handoff where the details get lost.
Hours, pricing and the towns we cover
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmand Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Saturday mornings are often the easiest time for people who can't take a weekday off work, so they fill up — worth asking early in the week if that's what you need.
Pricing is quoted per job, in writing, after we've seen the system. We don't give a final number over the phone for work we haven't looked at, because that number would be a guess and you'd be the one living with it.
