AC repair and new system installation in Polk City
Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run heating and cooling company owned and operated by Frank and Ruth. Polk City sits inside the area we cover every week, so when a system quits on a Tuesday afternoon we are not treating the drive out there as a special favor — it is part of the regular route.
Most of what we do in Polk City falls into two buckets: fixing a system that has stopped doing its job, and replacing one that has reached the end of its life. Either way, the first step is the same — we look at the equipment, find out what is actually wrong, and tell you plainly what it will take to put it right.
- Diagnosing a system that runs but will not cool the house
- Replacing equipment that is past the point of being worth repairing
- New system installation, sized for the house it is going into
- Straight answers on whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense for you
A written estimate before any work starts
Nobody in Polk City should have to guess at a number. You get a written estimate before work begins — what we found, what we propose to do about it, and what it costs. If you want to think it over, sit on it. If you want a second opinion, go get one. The estimate is yours either way, and the price on it is the price we work to.
You see the estimate in writing before we start. No work happens until you have said yes to it.
That matters most on the bigger jobs. A full installation is a real investment in a house, and the conversation beforehand — what size unit, what it will cost, what happens on install day — is worth having properly rather than in a rush on the driveway.
Hours, pricing and service area
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed on Sunday. Pricing comes to you in writing before work starts, so there is nothing to work out after the fact.
