Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run heating and cooling company owned by Frank and Ruth. Longwood is one of the Central Florida towns we cover, so when a system quits in the middle of a July afternoon, you're calling a small company where the owners know every job on the schedule — not a dispatch center three states away.
AC repair, replacement and maintenance for Longwood homes
Most of what we do in Longwood falls into three buckets: fixing a system that has stopped cooling properly, replacing one that has reached the end of its life, and keeping the healthy ones out of that first category. Older Longwood neighborhoods tend to have equipment that was sized for a house before the additions, the new windows and the enclosed porch, and that shows up as a unit running all day without ever satisfying the thermostat.
When you call us for HVAC repairthe first thing we do is find out what actually failed rather than guessing at the most expensive part. Sometimes that's a capacitor, a contactor or a clogged drain line. Sometimes it's a compressor, and that's the conversation where replacement starts making more sense than another repair bill. We'll tell you plainly which one you're looking at.
- Diagnosis and repair on air conditioners, heat pumps and air handlers
- Full system replacement, including correctly sizing the new equipment for your house
- Seasonal maintenance and tune-ups before the Florida summer load hits
- Thermostat problems, drain line clogs and airflow complaints
- Second opinions when another company has quoted you a replacement
You get a written estimate before anyone touches your system
Nothing gets installed, replaced or repaired until you have the price in writing and you've said yes to it. That's the whole rule. You see the scope of work and the number, you decide, and only then do tools come out. If the job turns out to involve something we didn't find on the first look, we stop and tell you before we keep going — the figure you approved doesn't quietly grow while the van is in your driveway.
A written estimate before work starts. You know the number before we start, not after we finish.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Pricing depends entirely on what the system needs, which is why we quote each job in writing after looking at it instead of posting a flat number that wouldn't mean anything for your house.

Read the reviews on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor
We'd rather you hear it from customers than from us. Certified Air Masters LLC has reviews posted on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor — go read them before you book anything. If you're the kind of person who checks a company on Nextdoor before letting them in the door, good. That's the right instinct.
When you're ready, reach us at (689) 224-0820 or email certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.comand tell us what your system is doing. We'll get a Longwood appointment on the books and bring you a written estimate when we arrive.
