Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run HVAC company, owned and operated by Frank and Ruthand Kissimmee is one of the communities we cover regularly. If your system is short-cycling, blowing warm air, tripping a breaker or just making a noise it never used to make, that's the kind of call we take.
Most of what we do falls into two buckets. The first is HVAC repair — diagnosing a system that has stopped doing its job and getting it running again. The second is replacement and installation, for the systems that have reached the end of a sensible working life and are costing more to patch than to change out.
On a repair visit, the diagnosis comes first. We find out what actually failed and why before anyone talks about parts, because a capacitor and a failing compressor are very different conversations and you deserve to know which one you're having. If the honest answer is that a repair will buy you a season and no more, we'll tell you that too, and you can decide what makes sense for your house and your budget.
On a replacement, sizing matters more than most homeowners are told. A unit that's too large for the space cycles on and off, pulls less humidity out of the air, and leaves rooms feeling clammy even when the thermostat says it hit the number. We'd rather spend the extra time getting that right than hand you a system you'll be unhappy with for the next decade.
A written estimate before any work starts
You get a written estimate before we begin. Not a number shouted over the top of a running blower, not a figure that moves once the panel is back on — something written down that you can read, think about, compare, and say yes or no to.
That means the sequence on every job looks the same:
- We come out and look at the system in person.
- We tell you what we found, in plain language.
- You get the cost in writing, covering the work we're proposing.
- Nothing gets touched until you've agreed to it.
If you want to sit on the estimate for a day or run it past someone, that's completely fine. We'd rather you were comfortable with the decision than quick about it.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. If you reach out outside those hours, we'll pick it up when we're back in.
Pricing always comes to you in writing after we've seen the system, for the reason above — any number given before a visit would be a guess, and a guess isn't much use to you.

Read our reviews, then get in touch
Before you call anyone, go read what people have written. Our reviews are public on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor — five separate places, none of them ours to edit. That's a better guide than anything we could write about ourselves on this page.
When you're ready, reach Certified Air Masters LLC at (689) 224-0820 or email certifiedairmastersllc@gmail.com. Tell us the address in Kissimmee, what the system is doing, and roughly how long it's been doing it, and we'll get a visit booked inside our working hours.
