Repairs and new system installs for Intercession City homes
Certified Air Masters LLC works on residential heating and cooling systems in Intercession City and the towns around it. That covers two main things: fixing a system that has stopped doing its job, and replacing one that has reached the end of its life. If you need hvac repair because the air coming out of the vents is warm, the unit is short-cycling, or the breaker keeps tripping, that is a service call. If the system is old enough that repairs are starting to cost more than they are worth, we will say so and price out a replacement instead of selling you another patch.
On an install, the size and layout of the system matter more than the brand on the box. A unit that is too large for the house will cycle on and off without pulling humidity out of the air, and you will feel that difference on an August afternoon in Intercession City. We look at the house before we quote the equipment.
Family-run by Frank and Ruth, and the estimate comes in writing
Certified Air Masters LLC is a family business run by Frank and Ruth. When you book, you are dealing with the people whose name is on the company, not a call center that dispatches whoever is closest.
Before any work begins, you get a written estimate. You see the scope and the number on paper, and you decide from there. Nothing gets started on a verbal "it'll be around" figure, and the price does not move once you have approved it unless we find something new and come back to you first.
If you would rather hear it from customers than from us, we have reviews on YelpAngiFacebookInstagram and Nextdoor. Read whichever one you already trust.
Hours, pricing and service area
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed Sunday. Booking inside those hours is the fastest way to get a slot on the schedule.
Intercession City is one stop on a service area that runs across central Florida. Nearby, we also cover Kissimmee, Davenport, Loughman, Polk City and Orlando, along with a long list of other towns through Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Sumter counties. If you are not sure whether your address is inside the line, ask when you get in touch — it is a short answer either way.
Book a visit and get your house cool again
Here is how a job normally runs:
- You get in touch during business hours and tell us what the system is doing — or not doing.
- We schedule a visit and come out to look at the equipment in person.
- You get a written estimate covering the work and the cost before anything is taken apart.
- You approve it, we do the work, and the price is the price you agreed to.
That is the whole process. No homework for you beyond deciding yes or no on a number you can read.
