AC and heating work for Eustis homes
Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run business owned by Frank and Ruthand Eustis is part of the area we cover every week. Most of the calls we take here fall into one of two buckets: a system that has stopped doing its job and needs hvac repairor a system that has reached the end of its life and needs replacing. We handle both, and we will tell you honestly which one you are looking at.
If a repair will get you another few seasons, we would rather do the repair. If the unit is past the point where throwing parts at it makes sense, we will say so and price the installation instead. You decide which way to go — not us.
You get the price in writing before we start
Every job begins the same way. We look at the system, work out what it actually needs, and give you a written estimate before any work starts. Nothing gets done until you have read that estimate and agreed to it.
That matters more on HVAC work than on most trades, because the gap between a small repair and a full system swap is a serious amount of money. Having it written down means you can take a day to think it over, compare it, or talk it through with someone else before you commit. There is no pressure from us either way.
- We diagnose the problem first, then quote it
- The estimate is written, not a number said over the phone
- No work begins until you have approved it
- Repair or replacement — we tell you which one the system actually needs
Hours, pricing and service area
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed Sunday. Pricing is always confirmed in the written estimate for your specific job, so you will never be guessing at a number.

Reviews, email and booking
You can read what our customers have written about us on Yelp, Angi, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor. We would rather point you at those than quote ourselves back at you.
