Repairs, replacements and maintenance for Center Hill homes
Most of what we do falls into three buckets. Something has stopped working and needs diagnosing. Something is old enough that it's time to talk about replacing it. Or nothing is wrong yet and you'd like to keep it that way. We handle all three.

We diagnose first, then put the price in writing. You see the scope and the number, you decide, and only then does work begin. No verbal figures that drift upward once the panel is off, and no surprise line items at the end.
You get a written estimate before work starts. If you don't want to go ahead, you don't go ahead — that's the whole arrangement.
It's a small thing, but it's the part people remember, especially on a replacement where the numbers are large enough to want in black and white before you sleep on it.
Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Pricing comes from the written estimate after the diagnosis — we won't quote a number over the phone for a system nobody has looked at yet, because that number is usually wrong in one direction or the other.
