Most of what we do in Apopka falls into two buckets. Here's how a visit goes. You tell us what the system is doing. We come out during our working hours, look at the equipment, and figure out what's actually wrong with it. Then you get a written estimate before any work starts — the repair or the replacement, spelled out, so there's no conversation at the end of the job about a number you hadn't seen.
If you want to think it over, think it over. If you want to get a second opinion on a replacement quote, that's a reasonable thing to do with a purchase that size. Nothing gets done to your equipment until you've read the estimate and said yes to it.
