Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run HVAC company, owned and run by Frank and Ruthand Altamonte Springs is part of our regular service area. We handle HVAC repair when a system quits on you, and we handle installation when a system has reached the end of its life and a repair no longer makes sense.
Altamonte Springs homes are a mix — older houses off Maitland Avenue with systems that have been patched more than once, newer builds near Cranes Roost, condos and townhomes with tight closets and roof access to work around. We look at what is actually in front of us before we say anything about what it needs.
If the honest answer is that your existing equipment has years left in it and needs a repair, that is what we will tell you. If it is better money to replace it, we will tell you that too, and we will put the number in writing so you can think about it without anyone standing over you.
A written estimate before anyone touches your system
Every job starts the same way. We look at the system, we tell you what we found, and you get a written estimate before work starts. Nothing gets done on a verbal number, and nothing gets added partway through without you seeing it first.
That matters most on installations, where the price depends on the equipment, the ductwork and what has to be modified to make the new unit fit properly. Having it on paper means you can compare it against anyone else's quote line by line, which is exactly what we would want to do ourselves.
